While I prefer the NFL over any other league or sport (mostly due to competitive balance, schedule, un-saturation, etc.), I often find myself "defending" the NBA. ("Defending" is probably better described as putting it in the same comparative context.) Like the league or not, I don't care...but don't dog it for certain reasons and then turn a blind eye towards the same things in the NFL.
